George A. Kosnik
George A. Kosnik, Esq. is engaged in the general practice of law with substantial experience in the areas of Real Estate and Banking, Foreclosure Litigation, Evictions, Corporate Law, and Trusts & Estates. Mr. Kosnik represents individuals, financial institutions and businesses of all sizes.
He represents institutional lenders, mortgage bankers and mortgage brokers in all aspects of real estate transactions, and closes conventional and unconventional loans. He provides banking clients with guidance in connection with federal and state regulatory, and compliance requirements.
He has experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions, including financing, acquisitions, sales and leasing.
He also represents financial institutions owning and servicing Real Estate Owned portfolios. His experience in clearing complex title issues helps facilitate timely and efficient REO closings.
He represents corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships in all of their existence, from formation to dissolution. Mr. Kosnik represents clients in connection with a variety of transactions, including secured and unsecured loans, purchases and sales of assets and stock, purchases and sales of debt and shareholder resolution agreements, multi-member operating agreements and joint ventures.
